How long does shipping take within the European Union?
Standard shipping within the EU typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your parcel's journey.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
No. Since we ship directly from within the EU for our European customers, all orders are inclusive of VAT and you will not be charged any additional customs duties or import fees.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
