We want you to love your Sister Jane pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Sister Jane labels and security tags remain intact.
Ship the Package
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
